Send personality and developer assessments to candidates. AI scores each response and generates detailed profiles.
Create an assessment
From the Assessments page, click "+ Create Assessment". Choose between Personality (DISC-O model) or Developer assessment types. Select a candidate and send the assessment link.

Understanding assessment types
The DISC-O Personality Framework measures five behavioral traits: Drive, Influence, Steadiness, Conscientiousness, and Openness. Developer assessments evaluate Architecture, Execution, Craftsmanship, Collaboration, Adaptability, and Impact.
Candidate experience
Candidates receive a welcoming assessment portal. They see estimated time (15–20 minutes), clear instructions, and benefits like discovering strengths, personalized profiles, and growth insights. The assessment must be completed in one sitting.

Review results
Once completed, click "View Results" to see a detailed breakdown with radar charts, trait scores, and strength spectrums. Developer assessments show scores across Architecture, Execution, Craft, Collaboration, Adaptability, and Impact.
